Payments

We accept payment by credit or debit card, and Klarna. Payments must be confirmed prior to any order being processed.

Shipping

For our tables, larger furniture items and multi-item orders we offer in-house delivery and assembly services.

  • Door-to-Door Delivery: As soon as your items are ready we will arrange to deliver them directly from the workshop to your door on the next suitable date. 
  • Assembly: We’ll put your furniture together for you so it’s ready to use right away. Please note that assembly options require access and the room(s) to be clear. If we are unable to access the area for assembly or need to wait for access to be made available, additional charges may apply.

For accessories and smaller items which can be packaged in typical boxes, we often send these out by post (Royal Mail) or 1-3 day courier (such as DPD).

If smaller items are part of a furniture order, these will likely be shipped with the furniture as per the in-house delivery options above.

If you’re able to come to us we are of course happy for customers to collect their items, big or small.

For furniture it’s best to measure your vehicle first to avoid disappointment. If you need to confirm dimensions of any parts to make sure they’ll fit, please get in touch.

Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (where applicable).

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned; Items which are highly customisable, such as tables (in size, colour and/or variable options) are not eligible for return.

Accessories which are only customised in colour (finish) are eligible for return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: Arcadia Game Table, Unit 7 Riverside Business Park, Cambridge Road, Harlow, CM20 2HE.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Arcadia Game Table, Unit 7 Riverside Business Park, Cambridge Road, Harlow, CM20 2HE.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Quality & Safety

Our aim is to provide gaming furniture and accessories at an affordable price, in a timely manner, without compromising on quality.

We pride ourselves on creating items which we ourselves would be happy to own and use, so each product is prototyped and tested, typically multiple times, to ensure the products fulfil these criteria.

We think you will love your purchase. But, if you believe our products can be improved, please tell us! We love feedback, especially if it helps us to change our processes or products for the better.

Product Care

To improve the longevity of your furniture, we advise the following care tips;

  • Wipe up any spills quickly and avoid leaving damp patches or liquids on the surface.
  • If a spill happens on the toppers, be careful to wipe the seal when removing them to prevent anything dropping in to the vault.
  • If something which easily stains is spilt, use a lightly damp cloth to thoroughly clean the area. Then use a dry cloth to remove any excess.
  • Avoid using cleaning chemicals. If needed, a very diluted mix of washing liquid and water can be used to lightly clean after spillages.
  • Use coasters and dinner mats to prevent condensation or moisture affecting the finish.
  • Avoid scratching the surface with sharp objects such as keys.

Wood furniture will build up a patina over time, slightly altering it’s colour (typical becoming slightly darker). But, if you think your furniture is in need of a bit of a refresh we can either;

  • supply a re-finish kit for you to apply yourself.
  • supply a re-finish kit and attend to carry out the re-finish for you (subject to a photo assessment).
  • arrange to have your furniture refinished at our workshop (subject to a photo assessment).

 

For any re-finishing we would advise contacting us first so we can assess options and provide prices.
