Orders containing made-to-order items will progress through our build queue and shift status at key points. These are explained below.
1. Processing
Once payment is made, all orders are in ‘Processing’ until the order is manually checked and assigned it’s place in queue (usually within 1 working day).
2. In Order Queue
We have checked the order and it is now placed in our Order Queue. Whilst we have several orders queued (and a longer lead time) your order status may not change for some time, until we’re nearing your place in the queue.
3. Pre Production
Once we’re estimated to be about 4-6 weeks from your place in the queue, we will begin Pre Production. Here we begin assigning/ordering any materials, components or third party products required to make your order. This status will not change until we have everything on-hand in the workshop to produce your order.
4. In Production Queue
Once we have everything needed to produce you order, it will enter our Production Queue. This is the last stage before we production.
5. In Production
Your order is now being made. Once we enter this stage we’re roughly 3-4 weeks from delivery. If you’ve ordered furniture items, once the final coat of finish is being applied to your order we will typically have a better idea of when we can deliver, so expect a call from us to arrange delivery soon!
6. Awaiting Dispatch
Your order is now ready to be delivered. We will likely have already arranged a delivery date with you by this point, but if for whatever reason we haven’t we should be in touch very soon.
7. Complete
Your order will be marked ‘Complete’ at different times depending on how it will be delivered;
1) Sent by courier/post: once the parcel has been booked (can be 1-2 working days before collection).
2) Delivered/installed by Arcadia: once delivery/installation is completed.
At the moment we do not sell outside of the UK. This primarily due to the limitations in packing our items (we currently deliver and install all our furniture products ourselves, direct from our workshop) and the inability to provide support overseas.
We will continue to look at international shipping however, and hope to be able to do this at some point in the future.
Absolutely! Just select collection at checkout and we’ll contact you once it’s nearly ready to arrange a collection date.
We do not provide packaging material for furniture however, so it’s best to come with blankets to protect your items.
We also recommend checking you can fit the items in your vehicle. Typically our tables break down flat pack, so the things to check are the rail length (length of table) and flat area (vault length divided in two x vault width). If that fits you should be able to fit the table in your vehicle. Chairs and benches are usually fully assembled so checking the overall size of each item would be best. If in doubt though we’re happy to help you check so please get in touch.
