This deposit will lock the currently estimated lead time for Excalibur. You will then have 6 months to complete your order with the lead time as stated when purchasing this deposit. The deposit will be deducted from your order total using a discount code.

Why place a deposit now?

We’re heading to more conventions this year including UK Games Expo, the largest in the UK. We find that in-person events often mean an increase in demand and lead times. As we anticipate our lead times to only be increasing this year, the Lead Lock Deposit offers the ability to somewhat get in to the queue before any large run on orders, without needing to pay for your order right away.

What if I miss the 6 month window to complete my order?

You will still be able to use the deposit value, but the order will be subject to the lead time when completing the order (no longer being ‘locked-in’).

Can I cancel my deposit?

Yes. You will have 14 days from paying the deposit to cancel for a full refund. Thereafter, you may still cancel but any refund will be subject to a £25 fee (so you would receive £125 of the total deposit back).
